Well, well, I have published the code of the new multiclient system that I just released.
It doesn't have to modify any file at all, so it should be safer than the old multiclient.
This is open source. You can check the code so you can see with your own eyes that it doesn't have any virus or troyan. Feel free to improve the code if you feel you can improve it. I want this code maintained by the whole community of programmers so we make a real unbeatable master piece. Please notify me the code improvements to my email: daniel@blackdtools.com

How to use
Download it, and extract the zip in your tibia folder.
Make a link for it in your desktop, for faster access, and rename that link (for example) to "Tibia Multiclient"
Now just use your desktop link and you will be opening tibia in multiclient mode.
